Do you want personalised private time with me to listen to your situation and help guide you through the steps of getting untuck? This process usually involves between 3 – 6 online coaching sessions of an hour at a time spread over a number of weeks to fit into your schedule. We work at a pace that suits you, not too fast that you get stressed, but not so slow that you feel nothing is changing.
